What the Persona Index™ Workplace Character, Behaviour, Motivations, and Competency Assessment Reveals
Individual Assessment (Confidential)
Each participant completes a validated Workplace Character, Behaviour, Motivations, and Competency assessment that provides personal insight into how they show up as a leader. Crucially, individual results remain confidential. No one’s score is announced in the boardroom or c-suite. This privacy creates psychological safety — people are more honest when they know results will not be weaponized or used against them.
Team Aggregate (Shared and Actionable)
We synthesize all individual responses to create an aggregate team profile — a shared map of how your board or c-suite functions together on the benevolent-malevolent spectrum, and how your collective competence equips you to execute your current strategic priorities and navigate the specific challenges ahead. This aggregate is presented in constructive language focused on patterns and implications, not individual blame.
A typical team profile might show something like: “Our board is naturally strong in stakeholder orientation and collaborative problem-solving, which serves us well in navigating complex regulatory environments. We also score high in conscientiousness — we follow through on commitments and hold ourselves accountable. Where we need to be intentional is in recognizing when malevolent dynamics like hidden agendas or information hoarding might be operating beneath the surface, and in designing governance that brings in outside perspective so we do not become an echo chamber.”
What You Learn in Session
During your PersonaMapping™ planning session, you and your team learn where you naturally excel on the benevolent-malevolent spectrum and what that means for how you make decisions, how you handle conflict, how you support innovation, and how you manage risk. You learn about blind spots — places where your team’s natural strengths can become liabilities if unchecked. You learn about communication patterns that emerge from personality dynamics. Most importantly, you learn how to intentionally operate at your best.
