Frequently Asked Questions

Q1:  How long does the Persona Index™ assessment take?

The Individual Persona Index™ survey takes about 20–25 minutes to complete online. It is a concise, evidence‑based process designed for practical workplace insight rather than psychological testing.

Q2:  Is the Persona Index™ a personality test?

No. The Persona Index™ does not label or classify people into types. It provides a structured understanding of your workplace persona — how you naturally operate, make decisions, and interact with others. It is designed to support professional growth, not to diagnose or categorize.

Q3:  Who sees my individual results?

Individual Persona Index™ scorecards are private and shared only with the participant. If the assessment is part of a team or board engagement, only aggregated, anonymized team results are shared with the group. Confidentiality is central to how PersonaMapping™ works.

Q4:  How are team or board results presented?

For boards, C‑suites, or leadership teams, data from all participants is combined to create a Team Persona Index™. This shows collective strengths across benevolence, competence, and adaptive cooperation — as well as potential risk areas such as silence or malevolent patterns. Results are always displayed anonymously to protect individual privacy.

Q5:  What does the training involve?

The Board and C‑Suite Performance Optimization™ program combines insight sessions, facilitated discussion, and applied exercises. The focus is on using real workplace persona data to strengthen trust, decision‑making, and governance practices specific to your organizational context.

Q6:  Can the process be customized for our organization or industry?

Absolutely. Dr. Viti and Jennifer Steele Viti collaborate with you before the engagement to tailor examples, language, and exercises to your team’s realities — ensuring relevance whether you operate in corporate, public, non‑profit, or family‑enterprise settings.

Q7:  What if we want both individual and team insights?

That’s common. Many clients begin with individual Persona Index™ assessments and then integrate these insights into team or board optimization work. This blended approach deepens self‑awareness while improving how the team functions collectively.

Q8:  Is this relevant beyond corporate boards?

Yes. The workplace persona framework applies across all leadership environments — including non‑profit, public sector, and multi‑stakeholder organizations. Wherever leadership dynamics influence trust, collaboration, and results, PersonaMapping™ adds value.

Q9:  What kind of follow‑up support is available after the session?

Your engagement includes a 30‑day post‑session consultation to help with implementation. Ongoing coaching, leadership development, and organizational follow‑up options are also available to sustain progress.

Q10:  How many participants can take part in a team or board program?

Standard programs are designed for up to 15 participants for optimal discussion and feedback. Larger groups can be accommodated at an additional fee, or divided into cohorts to maximize engagement and practical outcomes.
