What Happens During Your Session
Before: Individual Assessment
Each participant completes the Persona Index workplace assessment, a validated instrument grounded in organizational behaviour and industrial/organizational psychology research. Results are returned individually and remain confidential to that person.
During: Team Dialogue and Design
You and your team engage in structured dialogue about what your aggregate profile reveals about how you function together, where you excel, where you have blind spots, and what behavioural shifts would make you more effective. This moves quickly from insight to action.
The facilitation helps your team answer critical questions: Where do we naturally excel in terms of benevolence and competence? What are our blind spots? What risks do we need to actively manage? What behavioural agreements will we make to operate at our best?
After: Behavioural Commitments and Governance Design
By the end of the session, each director and executive has committed to specific behavioural shifts aligned with your team’s strategic intentions. These commitments are concrete and observable. You also receive recommendations for governance redesign — where to strengthen processes, where to bring in outside perspective, what structural changes might help you operate at your best.
